Hi,
You can delete the browsing history from Internet options and even set internet explorer to delete the browsing history each time it exits.
1.       Open Internet Explorer browser.
2.       Go to Tools > Internet options.
3.        Click to
check option “Delete browsing history on exit”.
4.       Then click
Apply, OK.
From now on, after every browsing session when you close Internet Explorer window – the browsing history will be deleted automatically in the background, without you having to click anywhere to delete it.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

  • Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
  • Click on Boot Tab
  • Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
  • Select Network.
  • Click Apply and OK.
  • Reboot your System.
