After resetting my Windows 8 and rebooting it tries to "attempting repairs"
I had windows 8 and tried the windows 8.1 update.
This update failed and the nightmare begun.
Each time the machine starts it tries one of these things:
Tries to restore my windows
Diagnose my PC
At the end it finally give me one of these choices: Restore / Advanced Options.
Restore never works.
So I tried Refreshing my PC and Reset my PC with the same result.
It seems that it works but when rebooting my PC it tries again to repair my PC and fails again and I have to Refresh/Reset my PC any time I want to start Windows.
I tried to :
sfc /scannow (That always says that it found some errors and fixed it).
Check the RAM (that it says it's ok)
chkdsk /f /r (It shoes no errors).
What else can I try?

How to Avoid Downloading Malware
Where are you getting the download?
There are malicious people who download valid copies of a popular download, modify the file with malicious software, and then upload the file with the same name. Make sure you are downloading from the developer's web page or a reputable company.
Cancel or deny any automatic download
Some sites may automatically try start a download or give the appearance that something needs to be installed or updated before the site or video can be seen. Never accept or install anything from any site unless you know what is downloading.
Avoid advertisements on download pages
To help make money and pay for the bandwidth costs of supplying free the software, the final download page may have ads. Watch out for anything that looks like advertisements on the download page. Many advertisers try to trick viewers into clicking an ad with phrases like "Download Now", "Start Download", or "Continue" and that ad may open a separate download.
