After upgrading from Vista to Windows 7 Pro, unable to boot normally, always goes into Safe Mode

I converted from Vista to Windows 7 Professional.
Unit operate fine untile last week.
Presently turning on laptop, operns in safe moe; not normal winkows start up.   Troubleshooting Windiows procedures under the performance section of "troubleshootiong"
indeciated a statement of "superfetch is not fixed"  Today performaing the same troubleshooting proceduire, statement indicates no statements on problem. 
What procedure must be performed to allow windows to start normally? Presently safe mode always occurs.

1.       Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
Follow few steps to fix this issue
Method: 1
Also I would suggest you to troubleshoot the computer in clean boot while in safe mode.
a.       Once you login to your computer in clean boot
b.      Set the computer to clean boot.

After troubleshooting in clean boot, follow step: 7 from the article to reset the computer to normal mode.
Method: 2
a.       Restart your computer press F8 key before Windows starts.
b.      You will get list of advanced startup options
c.       Select Start windows normally

Boot in Safe Mode:

  • Open Run command as previously described
  • Type MSConfig
  • Click on Boot tab
  • Tick Safe boot in Boot option
  • Select Network
  • Click Apply and OK
  • Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
